My comments were strictly with respect to the back to back company PRs, not the investment or prospects for new developments.

By all indications everything is still on, just pushed back into early next quarter.

They have about 45 days prior to announce the shareholders meeting I think, in order to get all the paper work out to shareholders, so, with the new time frame, we will be enlightened no later than the end of January.

That means a Markman hearing on January 28th and patent filings, new technologies etc. in close proximity.

They just mucked up the short term with no warning. That was irritating but not a deal breaker.

Certainly not the best comments I have contributed, but maybe the most negative in my posting history, hence your attraction, no doubt.
