I am very disturbed both by Robert Putnums resignation and the announcement of the the new Edig division.

First, RP has been the official mouthpiece of e.Digital since I have been invested. His leaving on the cusp of what is supposed to be the new beginning of the company we have been invested in for so long is disturbing.

We will probably never know why he left at this point, but I question others speculation of conflict of interest, etc.

As much as we may have been misled by his constant statements of "we expect to anounce soon", he was , especially the last two years, much more honest in his statements of what was going on.

My first thoughts on readin the PR this morning was that they, (e.digital) was going to try to double dip by spinning off the new Edig into a new company owning all the IP patents.

I've been here since 1999 so I am no longer dazzeled by any thing that goes on, just hoping for a better future.
