The ORDER said that Summit had till 12/31/2010 to get new lawyers or else default, etc. would be imposed against them...

There has to be a "Proof of Service" on defendant, now that they have no lawyers, to enfroce the ORDER on Jauary 1, 2011 if they fail to comply...

Come January 1, 2011 the Court does not want to be in a position of a non complying defendant to claim they never got the ORDER...
