Complaining daily about a stock and management, threatening board members with legal action, asking questions repeatedly where there are no ascertainable answers, asking sarcastic questions to intentionally try and make management look bad, providing no worthwhile DD ever, disrupting the board with mindless, endless blathering and being an eternal pessimist is not considered "sharing information".
