Some would like to think they know the outcome on the other side. Specifically our dearly departed posters who either left agora or were booted and the door slammed shut in their faces. As a result of those departures these bafoons ( they know exactly who they are ) ridicule edig , management and the agora board and posters on a daily basisis

Reality is no one knows what is in store for us on the other side of these lawsuits( especially the aforementioned bafoons) . They could be huge dissapointments or they could be huge upside surprises. I think everfyone here is hopefull for a favorable markman and also for appearance of favorable markman prior to markman . This will hopefully encourage companies to settle before as to limit their risk. The next round needs to be done more quickly and the process needs to be accelerated . Edig will move when we are receiving multiple settlements on a quarterly , monthly and weekly basis :-)
