This is a valid point. There is no indication that this is about to happen, or even likely to happen any time soon, but if or when it should happen, we, as shareholders need to make sure that it is in our best interests. But really, that's only one example of the sort of thing that might happen. Many things could, and certainly will happen. I believe as a current shareholder I'll benefit from the changes.
But I don't want to see some sort of corporate restructuring scenario that weakens my current position.
Others have mentioned that the Polis family, as major shareholders, vigorously defend shareholder interests. Knowing that, helps considerably to ease my concerns.
