Louis Norwood ("Woody") Jameson is head of the Intellectual Property Litigation division of Duane Morris' Trial Practice Group and the managing partner of the firm's Atlanta office. Mr. Jameson practices in the area of intellectual property law and litigation with particular emphasis on patent litigation. Mr. Jameson also litigates a broad range of intellectual property disputes, including trademark and trade dress litigation, copyright litigation and false advertising disputes. Mr. Jameson has been named on multiple occasions a Georgia Super Lawyer in the field of IP litigation by Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine, and, in 2009 and 2010, Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business included Mr. Jameson in its listing of leading IP lawyers in Georgia.

Mr. Jameson has represented several well-known companies in complex patent litigation involving such technologies as cable television technology, Internet technology, on line banking transactions, MPEG decoding technology, telecommunications and computer hardware and software applications. He likewise has had lead responsibility for trademark and false advertising litigation for Fortune 500 companies, and anti-counterfeiting activities surrounding the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. He is a member of the Litigation and Patent, Copyright and Trademark Law sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He has served on the Federal Trial Practice and Procedure Committee of the American Bar Association, has served on numerous committees of the International Trademark Association, and has been a speaker at seminars on a multitude of patent and trademark topics.

Matthew C. Gaudet practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation with a focus on patent litigation as well as related complex commercial litigation and technology litigation. Mr. Gaudet has represented a wide range of clients in complex, multidistrict patent and antitrust cases. He has successfully tried numerous cases, has defeated dozens of patents prior to trial, and has appeared before panels of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation and federal district courts across the country. He regularly lectures on patent litigation topics. Before entering private practice, Mr. Gaudet served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Susan H. Black of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

In 2009 and 2010, Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business included Mr. Gaudet in its listing of leading IP lawyers in Georgia. Mr. Gaudet was listed in Best Lawyers in America, 2011, and Georgia Super Lawyers has included Mr. Gaudet in its "Rising Stars" listing from 2007 through 2010.

A member of the State Bar of Georgia and the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Gaudet is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York. Mr. Gaudet is a 1997 magna cum laude graduate of Duke University School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate of Louisiana State University.
