I've always had a feeling that e.Digital might have a problem, as it does not have control of its stock.... the public does.

They have no bargaining with industry suitors for their stock....except for the Polis and management holdings as we have discussed on this board many times.

I've always considered e.Digitals position somewhat a hurdle.....industry suitors do not want to deal with the public until they have their position established.

How are they going to do that?

Have they had us to some extent under pressure all these years?

Now a separate entity????
