ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

(SAN DIEGO, CA. - June 16, 2005)—e.Digital Corporation (OTCBB: EDIG), a leading innovator of proprietary secure digital technology platforms announced today that its Annual General Meeting of Stockholders has been scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, subject to the timely submission and approval of the company’s proxy filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
