Message: Robert's departure

The company will never state the reason in any form, nor are they required to by law.

In CA and I am sure most states, when a person separates from employement, applies for another job and the resume shows working at ABC from this date to this date in the following positions, and the prospective employer checks this reference, all EDIG can say is, he worked here in X capacity from this date to this date......that's it. If asked why employment was terminated, the question will not be answered.

If I bump into RP at a local grocery store I'll ask him.

Kidding, no I will not, out of respect for privacy.

It bugs me to no end why this happened, but I'll have to get over it.

As a stockholder, eliminating any personal feelings about people, all I want to see is what the company is going to do from here, that will have a positive effect on the PPS. Frankly, nothing else matters to me.

People come and go in small, medium, big and HUGE companies everyday, we all know that, so we move forward.

Lets face it, the departure required a confidentiality agreement between the company and the employee, to protect both parties, and it must be honored.

It's a done deal....
