There could be many reasons for RP leaving:

1. Pressure from someone on the BOD

2. from someone at LRAD

3. freedom to exercise options & warrents

4. Buyout company who didn't want him there

5. well known new CEO of E.D.I.G. (yet to be named) who doesn't want him there

6. health problems

7. family problems

8. company problems

9. burn-out

10. legal objections by any number of people
