I don't mean to split hairs, but I think the statement requires some between the lines analysis. It only states that the elements will be added this year, NOT necessarily that they will be announced this year.

It certainly is starting to look like these elements, if they indeed exist, may be kept quiet as a part of the overall legal strategy.

If there are no elements, then FF will have some 'splainin to do at the SHM.
