I am not sure what kind of cash we are talking about here, but could we all be looking at this at the wrong angle. With possible BIG CASH coming to eDigital through litigation, why couldn't we takeover/ acquire companies or parts of companies

Rather than looking at eDigital being taken over by someone else, maybe WE will take over a division/ spinoff of some companies in lieu of penalties and/or licensing fees.

Could some of the companies that infringed on our patents, rather than paying us cash just spin off part of their company and we acquire their infringing assets and their infringing products to our new EDIG Innovation Group?

I may be way of base in my speculation.......
