Robert has been with the company for a long time - agreed
Many have said nothing he say's ever really happens - agreed
His main position with the company was Public Relations which many have said he rarely responds to e-mails - So what is everyone getting so excited about.
As far as the separation agreement goes someone posted a response from Fred Falk that basically stated the terminology in the separation agreement is stand terminology nothing exclusive to RP.
I have personally met Robert many times and think as a person he is a nice guy.
As far as a pivotal player in the future of EDIG or the litigation of the patent portfolio THE ANSWER IS NO anyone can put out a press release.
The bottom line is all I see in RP leaving the company is two points.
1. He can now sell his stock without any limitation after a brief holding period without any of us knowing.
2. The company now has a lower monthly burn rate.
I can't find a single negative thing in RP leaving EDIG. That’s my 2 cents
