It appears that the third party is Randall Bateman with correspondence going to a Vaughan North of Thorpe North Western at PO Box 1219,Sandy,Utah. i have checked who these guys are or what their concerns with the patent.
The reexamination has been assigned to a Henry N. Tran. It is early in the process and the last date of work on it was 11/18/2010.
