Richardo, In a large company there is a hierarchical management arrangement which clearly defines who is in charge. If you get out of line, you may be disciplined of fired. If they want your opinion they'll give it to you.

Here the managment structure is flat, everyone is more or less equal. Anyone can say anything and we all have to live with it.

In a large company you may have your opinion, but you may not always express it in a way that would be contrary to others' opinion, especially management's.
