As of about 2 weeks ago I had a conversation with Fred at his inative. At the time he assurred me that the intention to file additional patent applications were on schedule. According to the Sept 29 update. "We're on schedule to file patents and announce these new technologies next quarter. "....meaning before the end of this calander year... I have to ask Dishino or anyone else that lives in the weather bullseye if they think rain may have played a factor. Fred seemed pretty confident at the time that things would play out according to plan but of course a monsoon or 2 was not part of the plan.

The next week or 2 should be quite interesting.
