You know, from a `legal` standpoint covered under the Safe Harbor stuff I`m not sure their allowed to be that definite in their statements of profit and revenue expectations. Because if they did say ``we WILL`` have a certain level of revenue/profit and shareholders bought on that premise, and the revenue/profit failed the stated numbers they might be liable for false statements. Just my viewpoint on the whole way these PR`s are worded. Any comments?
