Just think... 3 weeks from tomorrow is the Markman hearing. Gil, I believe you’d said most or all would settle before the hearing. Do you still think that?

Regardless, it’s pretty cool to be on the leading edge of a wave of new information; including Pacer filings, possible settlements, patent filings, shareholder meeting announcement, and perhaps even a surprise business-related announcement... all coming over the next few months.
