Now you are agreeing with my comments of several months ago. The IFE unit/product and service should be sold. Even though the service is reasonable profitable along with some for the units sold, it probably consumes more operational efforts offsetting the profits and drains the engineering capacity.

I agree with reducing the share count, but not until we see the income from the third round of patent filings, the revenue generated from the current round, with a favorable decision, can be used to fund new projects, add needed management positions along with other employee additions and be available for any partnership or acquisition that may cross our paths.

If the new technology, as mentioned by management, is Consumer oriented, then the partnership may want us to contribute a significant amount of cash to fund the operations, distribution, etc. This new venture will require an unknown amount of capital and operational undertaking.
