Is there any chance the Markman will be postponed? I remember getting up one day a couple of years ago anxiously waiting for the numbers on the Samsung settlement, only to be disappointed. I was at the CES back in 2001 when Samsung and EDIG were in bed together---Sammy wouldn't have had a single working MP3 model if it hadn't been for EDIG engineers helping them get ready for the show. If Samsung wasn't a big infringer, then who are we after? Who is bigger? I don't want to Monday morning quarterback DM's grand plan here, but I for one am nervous. Lois
