I will get blasted by some for doing this, but for my edig friends check out PSTI if you aren't already invested. Showing incredible movement. I look for edig to go all the way to markman and I predict we will win on 75% of what we are asking for. The things we don't win will be relatively unimportant. The patents, IMO, are valid regardless of the time it takes the USPTO to rule. DM would not have come this far and expended this much time and effort to prosecute invalid patents. Again, JMHOFWIW.
