It is about time EDIG gets paid for its "disruptive technology" as described by someone from Intel long ago. It would have been better if we all saw "EDIG inside" on millions of cell phones, digital music players, etc.... but it appears that companies decided to forego paying EDIG a small % and try it on their own ( with EDIG patent tech inside). Most of us here, along with Duane Morris and co., are betting that EDIG will soon be rewarded for their patented technology. Settlements within the last couple of years was the start, and a positive outcome at the Markman hearing in ~ 2 weeks will be the next step. MICRO-OS, flash, other tech that was "borrowed" from EDIG has to be paid for, and a top attorny firm is set to make that happen
