I recall the Mar-2008 TX 7 filing, the eventual setting of a MH for 2/17/10, but then #7 settled per this PR:

It was stated by RP at the 2008 SHM 9/17, "settlements before Markman."

DM files round two per the 11/3/09 PR, ala CO 19.

So we march to the SHM 11/19/09, not getting what we all wanted/expected, as in taking Samsung to Markman.

It was expressed at the 2009 SHM the goal was to settle, vs a long drawn out 3 - 5 year ordeal taking infringers to trial. It was also said, "we are heading to the Markman."
