IMO it doesn't take a PR guru to put out an estimate of future earnings or expectations. All of the majors issue statements of this nature all the time.I think it is called keepimg the public and shareholders aware of what they are expecting to happen. Also I really wish they would do away with the hush,hush DNA crap. Shareholders have a right to know if we get a 5-10 million dollar settlement.
