Could it be just as some thought that IMS was a house of cards, top heavy in arrogant management who were just trying to bail their failing company out and tried to sell Wencor a bill of goods? LOL! Besides their TDL or whatever they called it, what did they really have? Maybe nuttin, but a management team looking for a way to keep the pay checks coming in?

That same management team did not blend in with Wencors? Could IMS tried to throw their weight around a tad too much?

Was Wencor unable or unwilling to cast our poor little e.Digital out in the cold?
