EDIG asked Sakar for some interrogatories and Sakar basically said, "Screw you". Interrogatories (also known as requests for further information) are a formal set of written questions submitted by one litigant and required to be answered by an adversary, in order to clarify matters of fact and help to determine in advance what facts will be presented at any trial in the case.

I don't have the interrogatories as they were included as Appendixes of Doc 322 and I don't usually pay for them (way too expensive). The court ruled that Sakar has to respond to interrogatories 5, 6 and 14 but not 7. Again, I don't know what those interrogatories are specifically. The numbered paragraphs in my PACER post are not the interrogatories. They are the findings of fact and conclusions of law by the court on this matter. Sorry if this caused confusion. Read CO 19 Doc322 for a better understanding of EDIG's complaint.

In short, the judge slapped Sakar on the wrist and said, "Play nicely."
