I made the same statement a few months ago.

Because of their expected income over the next five years and including their operations evolution, along with partnerships, etc., now is the time to begin a detailed study besed on operational elements and economics to detrmine if is is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders to relocate the business.

Thus one of my comments as to why we need an experienced Financial Director who would assume this task along with all other Financial duties, including the important cash flow element and help guide this company to future successes.
