This Judge and magistrate has not let any moss grow on anything....what happened to the rulings on 3 defense attys presenting and dm's motion to exclude defendants' rebuttal witness??? interesting....i don't think i missed anything...???

btw, notice that defense counsel did not request SPECIFIC attorneys for each category....because they DO NOT KNOW WHO WILL BE LEFT TO DO THE WORK... ha ha....just IMO

there is a school of thought that the Judge---by delaying---is sending the defendants a message.....giving them time to get out....this school may be in the TEXAS school system ...just an opinion
