My thinking is, my opinion, if we are the "winners" of the MH, and all 16 settle, for whatever size of check, seems reasonable to assume DM/EDIG may get some offers to license along with a check and maybe some royalty deals without a suit against them 1st.

XLA's will probably come into play as they have in the past too.

These CE companies are watching this IMO and if we close 26 deals and have a favorable MH, why fight? Can't beat em, join em.
