Thanks DABOSS or DISCHINO for the EDIG.com Website info (sorry can't remember which). I saw it once sometime ago when it 1st came out on or about 12/16, but couldn't remember the site name and couldn't find the the address thru edigital (I reckon I should have remembered, but still a bit interesting), although I admit I haven't tried in awhile (been pretty busy with other stuff). In any case, thanks. I notice that the Flash-R Patent Porfolio, nor eVU are not mentioned. I thought that perhaps this was going to be the case, seperation from the old and new. I think I mentioned this back in December, and still think eVU will go away when the time is right. Sort of like a ageing potatoe sprouting in the pantry.

Have faith in '774 claims 1&2, and perhaps 19. There's no way around 1&2 (none, nada, zip). The defense is blowing a lot of smoke, and I think DM and the MH judge are on top of it. I also predict a quick, or fairly quick judgment. We'll see.
