1] agreed with Dischino, 1 settlement via pacer [likely a smaller player]

2] Almost complete Markman decision to use our "definitions", which leads to #3 and #4

3] strong volume increase the following week, with only small price increase to .12 since no real announcement and press yet

4] 2 more settlement pacers over the following 2 weeks followed by an avalanche over the next 4-6 weeks, which leads to:

A lot of wine drunken by us at the SHM.
