Commenting on the Company’s plans to attract additional investment interest in e.Digital, Robert Putnam, e.Digital’s senior vice president, stated, “As we continue to build upon last fiscal year’s progress through landing and announcing anticipated Flash-R licensing agreements, new eVU orders and partnerships, and improving the Company’s financials, we expect to draw the attention of micro cap funds and retail investors with an interest in intellectual property related equities. We believe we have some of the fundamentals in place to make e.Digital appealing to funds and new investors and, this year, we expect to add other elements necessary to attract significant new investment interest.”

“The accelerated court schedule of our second round of Flash-R cases positions the Company for a dynamic fiscal 2011,” Falk concluded. “We look forward to significant legal activity and growing our IP-related licensing revenues this fiscal year.”

“In connection with our plans to expand our IP business beyond the Flash-R patent portfolio, we are collaborating with Dr. Pat Nunally on developing new technologies,” Falk added. “Also, we’ve received and responded to the first USPTO office action on our digital storage media encryption patent application.”
“We are very encouraged with all our IP developments and look forward to providing further information about them in future Company communications,” concluded Falk. “We also look forward to the January Markman hearing and enforcement activity that will precede it.”
