My thoughts are, with settlements before and after the MH, assuming a favorable ruling, Innovations site launches, PR's by the company re: settlements and other announcements before the SHM, then more good news the day of the SHM, the pps will hit IMO $5 to $6 before Summer, and with a 25% premium, be it stock swap, all cash, or equal of both, we hit $7.00.
