IMO, SS and others will be able to observe the tone, flavor, body language etc, along with the verbal exchange between all parties, to make an educated guess where this is going.

This is a one day event, a hearing, not a trial, and I think SS's observations will be telling.

It could be that others from this board are attending, but not saying such, as the surprise post from someone here to a recent scheduling event...and I cannot remember the name, yet it was very informative.
