If you would look at last year’s 13G you would not be so confused.
Last years 13G
11,894,003 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK
4.1% Ownership
This year’s 13G
10,353,204 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK
3.5% Ownership
Decrease in ownership worth about $150K.
It is very possible the trust has to liquidate shares
to pay financial commitments.
Trusts do not operate the same as individuals
based on the way the trust was created.
The fact that they state that the trust no longer has a 5%
ownership does not imply that the trust had
ownership of 5% last year.
But since all related ownership is over 5% each entity must report.
