Sharholder Meeting/WARNING!

All of below is just my opinion. ``I know nuttin``!

First, I would like to say that I think that jdtiii is a decent guy and has the shareholder`s best interests at heart. Somehow, I trust him, and I am positive that he will conduct himself and the shares he represents with all due respect and in a polite way.

Further, I am concerned about maybe some others who may not conduct themselves with that same, respectfull persona.

One needs to simply visit some other sites to realize there are a lot of whackos out there who do NOT have our best interests in mind and are out to DESTROY our company, and have a track record of doing this for years.

Scenario: Just maybe, there is a possible O.E.M. presence at the meeting, announced or NOT announced. Just maybe, there will be press there also. (Take S.G.E.`s ``buy in theory``, as an example, whether it be Wencor or some other large entity) What if the press or a VERY STRONG potentential business partner is there and hears of a rude ``revolt``, and makes the determination that ``we just do not need to get involved with this kinda stuff``!!??

What if the local newspapers sensationalize this and NO ONE wants to get into this kind of relationship because of it!

People are hungry for information, and definitely are entitled to ask questions. No problem there. Some of the questions may be unanswerable at this time! I am in hopes

that the meeting will go on successfully and, IF any of the rebels get out of line, that the large majority of the sane audience will put a stop to it and keep them in line. I for one, would be very angry if this bad scenario occurred and I believe that myself and other shareholders and edigital have a right to sue those parties if they were responsible for loss of potential business. Thanks, T.K.
