so they are trying to say that since the original flash memory was patented with a widget that can only store (2 megs) since today's widgets can store much more then EDIG's patents are limited?

I believe it has been shown that the EDIG patents cover a process and not a specific defined size of 'memory' in the widget.

If that logic stands, the "buy it now" button I referenced previously last week that was patented I guess means that that patent is limited to ONE item at a time, since the button doesn't say "Buy THEM Now".

I guess that's "low flow" taken as it was defined.

Pretty silly if you ask me.

Or I could have completely misconscrewed the argument of "low flow".
