I'm assuming, from the delayed report from our valued fly on the wall who has gone to a great deal of trouble to be there that the hearing went okay for both sides. Not the landslide for us that we wished, but a more nuanced outcome that requires some thoughtful description from SS to make his analysis as reflective as possible to the developments of the day.
