Unless defendants ticked the job so much that it will read:

"The Markman Hearing set befor Hon.Marcia Kieger today was concluded and the Hon. Judge Krieger rules from the Bench and hereby adopts and incorporates the plaintiff's presentation and and and points and auhorities, thus ruling in favor of plaintiffs and all points at issue."...
