Actually it was Dr. Mihran that gave everyone a headache and made the hearing a real drag. Just non-stop talking and sometimes not even in response to a question from the attorneys...would just start talking out of the blue, getting off on tangents and obviously evading certain questions asked by Mr. Yungwirth (from DM). His job is to support the defendants case and anytime Yungwirth pinned him down, he would sit quietly for several seconds, ask to have the question repeated, would not answer YES or NO when directly asked to by Yungwirth, rephrased the question to suit himself, etc. He was a real piece of work.
