First, Silver thank you for your efforts. You truly are held in high regard by myself and everyone on this board.
My question to any legal minded person is this:
Can a judge use any means at her/his disposal(internet, ref. books,ect...) to define a term like DSP or is it solely the testimony given in court that defines what can be used for definition?
My questions leads to... I have been unable (so far) to find anywhere or thing that defines Digital Support Processor as real. Maybe its a job title for someone at a electronic company but it doesn't exist otherwise.
If the judge can do any outside tesimony research we definatley in business. However, I would hate to see a silly thing like that sink our ship.
