after reading through all of the posts, including SS excellent report from the trial , as well as al of the comments, it appears ( to me) that EDIG will "win" the markman hearing. It sounds like a decision could be made at any time over the next month. What do you think happens now regarding timeframes. I guess there could be settlements prior to the hearing decision. If not, what happens after a positive outcome from this MH. Do the defendents have to settle or is this just evidence used in a trial if they do not settle? ( and if so, when would all of these trials occur ). Just trying to figure out timeframes of when EDIG shareprice will begin to escalate
