I've read through the information SS and Profundo wrote and I can't quite get a feel for this. Board members said that we'd have an idea of what's going on when we got the reports.

I keep trying to look at the BIG picture. To me this case is significant when one considers that we have yet to try to get at the really big boys like Apple (IPod), Texas Inst., and Intel. People on this board have said that this Markman will be important to the rest of the cases, not just this one, but the ones to follow. On the judge's decision of these first two Claims millions of dollars may change hands. I hope everyone involved sees the importance of this case. Will we got to trial if we don't get a favorable ruling on the Markman?
