After reading all of your observations, it seems that DM did a good job. It is impossible to draw final conclusions about the outcome, but we will hope for the best. It seems remarkable that after all these years for e.Digital (Norris Communications) and all these months of work by DM, and even the defendants, that it all comes down to one day in court with one judge making the decisions (apparently, primarily on just two claim constructions) that will have a dramatic impact on this investment. Some of your observations that in some spots the judge, and the attorneys, seemed to not be aware of what should be happening in the hearing, is amazing, given the importance of the MH.
