After re-reading the post with the eight claims, and your report of the MH, I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome. It seems to me that the case was well made by DM and Woody Norris on the two key claim constructions. Also, it seems that while DM did not expect Mihran to testify, they were not only prepared, but quick with their wits on the issue of RAM. I especially liked the reference to Mihran's PowerPoint slide of a computer that did not specifically include RAM, and Mihran's inability to identify a DSP that did not use RAM in 1994.
