Had to see where they stood, and figured the legal fees were worth it if they came out with a positive feeling. I think many now know the weaked position they are in, and will consider settling before the judgment/ruling comes down. edig & DM may feel strong enough to wait/resist. I don't think so. It will be interesting to watch. The price of poker keeps going up. We'll see.
