IMS/WENCOR/EDIG

Wencor could have been less than happy with the margin relationship along with a feeling they had no leverage with e.Digital. They saw IMS as a possible way to change things for the better, and in turn used this little exercise to firm up future relations.
On the off chance IMS could have done what e.Digital could do, faster and cheaper they would have gone the IMS route and we may have been reduced to follow up Digeplayer work only. But in the end, the price was to high for something they already had, the better product at a fair price. They could always buy a better sales staff, and when you own the market sometimes those guys show up at your door anyway. And why buy your competition to kill them when they are already being taken out due to a lesser more expensive product?
If Wenor is no happy with the situation, we may have seen was an exchange for concessions on e.Digital margins with our Industry leading Digeplayer for a bigger role in future projects (Digesystem) and a multi-year commitment with the current e.Digital designed products.
This is all in my opinion only, but if e.Digital truly wanted to put all issues to rest prior to the Shareholder meeting the timing would seem to support parts of my theory.
Who knows who got what and who lost what, we may get a better idea on Thursday
Good luck all
