If that is their best collaborative shot....I see nothing else they might reach for....in order to consider out and out non infringement.

Anyway....we had our day, I would say silver and profundo's comments are going to be very close to the published minutes.... whenever they might happen. Silver gave a very good window into what took place .....I hold him in highest regard for that.

I'm feeling confident...unlike I felt when I first read of the defendants claim considerations regarding those two issues.....lol
