I was aware of certain issues, however, e.Digitals attorneys gave their considerations in their brifs months prior to the formal joint claims construction statement.

Reading those brifs gave me the direction of where the attorneys were going with all the issues surrounding e.Digital.

If we are positive with this hearing, I have questions in my mind, however, after seeing the machine in action, they already have them answered.

This is definitely a chess game for them.....and does not necessarily surround the tech....as LL emphatically told me once.

I get his point, but I do see most all of the pieces at both levels.

Why? I have no idea.....other than my passion to see the success of this company and its tech.
